Controller and scope
Rätselinos processes personal data required for Sudoku gameplay, accounts, premium purchases, downloads, streaks, leaderboards and communication.
Data categories
We may process email addresses, display names, gameplay progress, leaderboard entries, achievements, billing metadata, consent choices and support requests.
Supabase
Supabase provides authentication, profiles, puzzle data, subscriptions, achievements and sessions. Processing supports delivery and security of the service.
Stripe
Stripe processes subscriptions and purchases. Rätselinos stores payment metadata such as customer, subscription and Checkout IDs, amounts and product types, but not complete card details.
Analytics and experiments
PostHog is used only after analytics consent. Facebook Pixel loads only after marketing consent. Necessary cookies remain active for security and authentication.
Email and onboarding
Resend may deliver onboarding, account and lifecycle messages. Send events are stored to prevent duplicates.
Brevo and the free Sudoku pack
Brevo processes the email address, consent and campaign attributes for the requested Sudoku bonus. List subscription occurs only after double opt-in confirmation.
Legal basis
Required processing relies on contract performance or legitimate interests. Optional analytics and marketing processing relies on consent.
